The value for money was exceptional, with a beautiful room and all the necessary amenities. The location was stunning and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

the property itself is modern, spacious, and well-equipped in every room. It was also incredibly clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. the highlight, of course, was the hot tub spa, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. I also have to mention how amazing Amanda, the host, was. She was always just a message away and ready to assist with anything we needed. it was a fabulous accommodation that I would highly recommend.

The unit had everything I needed, including a cozy seating area with a comfy sofa. The fully equipped kitchen was a real bonus, making it easy to cook meals. The two bathrooms with showers were also very convenient, especially since one had a washing machine. As a guest who values comfort and convenience, I felt right at home.

Personally, I found the presence of only showers in the bathrooms to be a slight drawback. However, I understand that others may still appreciate this feature and find it enjoyable.

The location of the property was perfect, with a pub nearby and easy access from the A66. the house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was a big plus to have a handy guide for all the appliances and a phone number to text for any queries. the fact that it was quiet during our stay made it even better.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of a pathway or stepping stones to the hot tub. the grass around the area became so soggy and muddy on our second night that we didn't end up using the hot tub, which was disappointing considering we had paid for it.

Stayed over New Year with family and had a great time in this modern, exceptionally clean accommodation. It has everything you need in the kitchen, very cozy and a great hot tub. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Perfect location with a nearby pub. Definitely recommend it.
